Hypnobirthing Childbirth Educator
Bach Flower Practitioner
Master in Special Education &
Educational Psychologist
I began university at 17 in 2004, stepping into a path that would lead me to almost a decade of work as an Educational Psychologist. In 2012, I trained as a Certified Bach flower remedies Therapist, beginning a practice that has since become both a professional and deeply personal anchor in my life. These remedies have accompanied me through my own evolution, and continue to shape the way I support emotional wellbeing, balance, and growth in others.
My last roles in Chile were within both school and private practice settings, before I made the decision to travel to New Zealand on a Working Holiday Visa. In 2017, I arrived with my Bach Flower remedies in my luggage, an essential companion that has travelled with me ever since, supporting both my own journey and the people I met along the way.
Everything shifted during my pregnancy, when a close friend introduced me to HypnoBirthing. Something immediately resonated. It offered a perspective on birth that felt radically different from what I had grown up with in South America: calm, informed, and deeply trusting of the body. My husband and I prepared together, consciously for the arrival of our daughter. She was in a posterior position (OP), and yet in January 2022, she was born naturally during a gentle water birth, an experience that remains one of the most profound chapters of our lives.
That birth became a turning point. In December 2022, I became a Certified HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator, feeling a clear calling to share this work with other families navigating their own journey into parenthood.
Alongside birth education, I offer individual emotional support sessions using natural Bach flower remedies, supporting emotional regulation, stress, anxiety, inner clarity, and much more.
Through HypnoBirthing, breath, visualisation, and relaxation, alongside the subtle support of Bach Flowers, I offer a space where emotional resilience can be gently rebuilt: where trust in the body, the mind, and one’s own journey can return.
