Refund Process
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or tampered products.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.
