At Soul Treat, we strive to provide products that enhance your birth experience with relaxation, relief, and emotional connection. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not entirely happy with your product, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

• Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds

• Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

• Partial Refunds In certain circumstances, such as visible signs of use or damage to the product, only a partial refund may be granted.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

• Contact Ethel Reach out to soultreat.nz@gmail.com to initiate your return or exchange request. with the following information: Order number, Reason for return, and Photos of the unopened product (if applicable)

• Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of defective or incorrect items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is successfully delivered.

Please note that natural wood variations may result in slight differences in color and grain. These variations enhance the uniqueness of each piece.
