Service Description

A spacious and fully supportive refresher experience to prepare calmly, deeply, and intentionally for your baby’s arrival. This option allows us to move at a slower, more intuitive pace ~ creating space not only to reconnect and strengthen your tools, but to truly embody them and feel fully held in your preparation. It's especially supportive if it has been many years since your last HypnoBirthing course, or if your previous preparation was shorter or online, allowing us to gently rebuild and deepen your experience in a more personalised and embodied way. Each session is 2.5 hours, fully personalised for you and your birth companion. Together we will: Deeply anchor breathe work and relaxation as a natural response Strengthen unwavering confidence and trust in your body Explore your birth vision in depth (BBC, hospital, home, water, environment) Refine partner support with clarity and presence Gently release and transform any lingering fears or past experiences Create a calm, connected transition for your whole family, including your children This is a nurturing and expansive experience for those who desire a more intentional, supported, and deeply personalised preparation journey.
