Tailored to your availability | 2 private sessions, 2.5 hours each, fully personalised for you and your birth companion (BC). A focused and supportive experience to prepare calmly, confidently, and intentionally for your baby’s arrival. Across two private sessions, we create space to reconnect with the key tools and techniques, practise together, answer your questions, and strengthen your confidence as you prepare for birth and parenthood. Ideal for families who have previously explored HypnoBirthing and would like a refresher, a chance to reconnect with their knowledge, revisit their tools, and feel more grounded and confident as they prepare for this birth.
