Service Description

(This service is exclusively available to families I have previously worked with in Tauranga and surrounding areas, allowing us to continue the relationship of trust and connection we have already built as you enter this new chapter together.) The postpartum period can be beautiful, but it can also feel overwhelming and lonely, especially when you are a first time mum. My Postpartum Support at Home sessions offer a gentle, supportive space to talk, be heard, and feel less alone as you navigate this new chapter. I’ll be there to listen without judgement, share practical tips and insights from my own experience of motherhood since 2022 and from supporting families, and offer gentle guidance for those everyday challenges that can feel so big in the early days.
