Do I need to have a specific type of birth in mind? No. HypnoBirthing tools can support you regardless of where or how your baby is born. The aim is to help you feel calm, informed, confident and prepared.

Does my birth companion need to attend? Your birth companion is an important part of the preparation, so I strongly encourage them to attend the sessions with you.

Is HypnoBirthing only for first-time parents? Absolutely not. It can be especially valuable for parents preparing for another birth who want a different experience or would like to reconnect with the tools they previously learned.

Can I do the sessions privately? Yes. Private sessions are available for families who prefer personalised support, have specific circumstances to work through, or simply prefer a more intimate setting.

Do you provide support during labor? Yes, birth support can be organized separately for families who have prepared with me and desire an extra calm and familiar presence during their birth experience.

Are you a midwife or doula? No. I am a Certified HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Educator. My role is complementary to your primary maternity care and is focused on emotional, educational and practical support.

Is it possible to work with you if I am already enrolled in antenatal classes? Yes. HypnoBirthing is recognized as a comprehensive antenatal program and can enhance other antenatal education by providing extra tools for relaxation, breathing, mindset, and birth preparation.

Do you offer support after birth? Yes. Postpartum support is available for families I have previously worked with, providing emotional support and practical guidance during the early days with your baby.

What if I don't know which service is right for me? That's exactly what the complimentary consultation is for. We can talk about where you are in your pregnancy, what you're looking for and which option may best support you.
